Does anyone have a good website with ideas on how to make them?

I've already made mine. But compared to the picture above, mine is plain. It's my first attempt at doing this kind of thing. I covered it in red paper and put a picture I found on the internet inside. Then I used black alphabet beads to put "Our lady" inside along with a small black bow. On the outside, so far all I've done is glue a heart shaped button on it. Any ideas on how to do more?

Julie B. - What a great mail day! You package arrived and the contents were delightful. I love the pop-up card. I was in Oaxaca a few years ago for the Day of the Dead celebration-the altars were one of my favorite things. The Guadelupe shrine is sitting on my windowsill...cutting the wrap around part open to make doors...pretty clever!
I have also been to Chimayo and in that gorgeous little church. I didn't visit the "holy dirt" room but afterwards, wished I had so...thank you for sending me a wee smidgen! How fun for me to have such a super swapmate! Thank you for all the special treats. Kathy C. PS - New Mexico is fabulous.

I recieved a really awesome shrine from Mariah yesterday. It's when I see things like that that I realize I have no artistic talent!! Mine is the one in the main picture swap! If you read this Mariah, I need your secrets on how you made the open doors!!

Kathy, I rec'd my shrine today and I love it. You did a great job. I am going to put it on my desk at work so I can show it off. Thank you for such a great piece and thank you for all the extra goodies you included. I think I am seeing a heart in you future.

I sent my shrine out on the 4th and still haven't heard if it was rec'd or not. I am trying to get some ratings, but haven't had much luck in even finding out if my stuff is even being rec'd.
