Summer Smoothie/Smoothie Bowl Recipe Swap

Summer is here! In order to help celebrate the season, we will be swapping one (1) recipe for a smoothie or a smoothie bowl. You can either print out or handwrite the recipe. We will be sending the recipe via postal mail ("snail mail"). Please list any food allergies you have in the comments below, so that your partner can avoid those ingredients in the smoothie.
