I will start the swap off by telling about my critters. I have a red-tick coon hound mix 5 yr old dog that I adopted. She is crazy as they come. LOL. Super hyper, just runs wildly around the yard in circles until she collapses. I was hoping she would outgrow it but she is 5 and still bonkers..remind me of Tazmanian Devil. lol. We have 2 sweet cats, a big ole Tiger cat and a tiny little female kitty that is my granddaughters. Our tiger cat 'Slick' opens the screen door by himself and comes in. We chase him around the house until he finally lets himself back out. lol. Our horses hold a special place in my heart, been a horse lover my whole life but did not get my first horse until I was married at 21. I am now 52 and still am obsessed. We have a huge solid black Tenn Walker named 'Horse' that has not been ridden much and tries to buck when you get on but he is so heavy and lazy that he only accomplished getting letting bunny hops with his front legs. lol. I love him tons but he still needs to be ridden more. We also have a 30 yr old black Standardbred, 'Blackie', that is what we call bomb proof. The kids all ride him, he is super smart and knows when a kid gets on that he is only to walk slow and baby sit them. Other than kids he is retired and gets spoiled rotten. Finally our last horse is a beautiful Palamino Rocky Mountain Pleasure mare named 'Reign' that is 10 yrs old. She is my granddaughters (12 yrs old) and is every horse owners dream..,.sweet, gently, eager to please and not afraid of anything. She is awesome and perfect for a young rider.

Hello everyone! My name is Tamara and I have been around dogs and cats my entire life. We are mostly a "dog family" (including my mom and dad, sister and brother, aunts, uncles, etc) but right now my little family has 2 precious kitties. We adopted them both a year ago Christmas from a local pet rescue organization. Marigold is a calico tabby and she is 2 years old, crazy, funny, and just amazing. Ginger is a orange/ginger tabby cat and will be 2 years old next week. She is a bit more skiddish and shy but does give kisses on occasions. The vet thinks she was a feral before we adopted her and that is why she is not-so-trusting, but we love her to pieces. Previous to adopting the precious ones we had a mix breed (also rescued) dog. Her name was Liberty (Libby for short) and my brother in law named her that because he rescued her off of death row and said he gave her her Liberty.... LOL! She was the sweetest and we were blessed to have her as a family member for 15 years. We think she had a mix of cocker spaniel, golden retriever, and corgi... she was just a little of everything for sure. I really still miss her and sometimes I think I feel her presence and feel her laying at the foot of my bed. Crazy I know but... who knows???

Hi everyone! My name is Donna and I grew up only having dogs. Lots of good memories as a kid with various dogs. I think my favorite was a dachshund named Penny; she was a beautiful copper color. She loved to lay between my legs when I watched tv from the floor of the family room.

I am married now and have been the momma of 4 cats. Currently I have a beautiful black and white girl named Bella. She came to me via a military family who was moving overseas. She has been a real joy in my life. She is very affectionate. I always had the wrong idea about cats that they were always aloof. Bella has proven that to be very wrong.

My husband brought a calico named Princess to our marriage. She isn't the biggest fan of Bella, but things have improved. I think there is jealousy at play. My husband said she didn't care for women at all when he adopted her. I am proud to say that I have drawn her out and developed trust with her. I respect her space and don't push affection on her.

I honestly don't know what I'd do without a pet. They have always been such a positive thing in my life. I've definitely been really grateful for their company and love over this past crazy year.

Hello everyone. Like the rest of you I am an avid animal lover. Currently have 3 dogs and 2 🐈 . From oldest to youngest, there is Tank who is an American Bulldog. He is a a true lapdog, even though he is a bit large, we make it work. If he gets cold at night he goes under the covers and snuggles. Barnaby is next, he is a Schnauzer/Beagle cross. He has a sweet soul, he loves being outside and snow or grass he likes to waller in it. Then there is Loki who is a Shiba Inu/Rat terrier mix. He is very hyper and has some definite quirks, but love him like the rest. He is also photogenic and his tail curls twice around. Private is our long haired grey cat and he like to knead, but forgets sometimes how deep he is putting his claws in. He hates being brushed, but loves attention. Norman has shorter hair and is white with tiger brown patches. He had some rough beginnings before we adopted him, but is extremely affectionate. He can be quite verbal. I used to be a foster home for one of the shelters , but we moved and have a small house now and of course 5 pets already. Iam fortunate to work from home and one of the best perks is that everyday is takeyour pet to work day. 😃

Hi everyone, My name is Donna and I love animals too. We had a great fun loving dog, named Charcoal from 1992 -2009. She was all black, silky thick fur, black tongue, part chow and part cocker spaniel. She was very playful and loved to root in the snow. I have pictures of her on a sled with me , going for a sleigh ride!! Currently we have a 1 year old cat, just turned one. Her name is Dolly and she is a black and white short hair cat. As I am older, what was I thinking getting a kitten , again?? LOL We adopted her from the shelter on July 20, 2020. She loves to tear up toilet paper and paper towels!! So now our paper towers are in a cabinet and our toilet paper is high up on a towel rack!! She loves to jump off our record player to our 7 ft curio cabinet and then stay there until she comes to the side and asks me to lift her down!! This cat is hilarious!! I have a stroller for her and she loves to go for stroller rides. She loves to ride in the car and go places with us. She is a lap cat and lays on me in the evening while I watch TV. Our long haired tortoiseshell kitty, Winnie passed away Jan. 10, 2020 and we had said not more pets because we wanted to travel more. Then the pandemic hit and we were inside alot so we made the decision to get Dolly and we love her like crazy!!

Hello! I'm definitely a crazy cat lady. I've had cats my entire life and I can't get enough of them. Right now I have 2 fur babies, Juju Binx and Kaylee Kitten. Juju Binx is my old man, he is 13 and has always been small his whole life. His black fur is so interesting because it turns grey when I brush him! Kaylee Kitten is my baby girl, she is only 4 and super rambunctious! She is twice the size of Juju and her tummy covers her feet when she sits. Her fur is gorgeous because she is a Talico, tabby-calico mix. I call her my Halloween kitty because she is oranges and blacks. I love them both so much, even when they shout at me for treats. They are both little snuggle bugs and sit on me all the time, often fighting with who gets my lap. I loved reading about ya'll's babies, I'm so happy to see all the other animal lovers!

I have a shar-pei/pitbull mix name Lucy and she is 9 and has her own instagram account @lifewithlucy8 and we call her toys, her "babies" so when we say "go get your baby", she runs and brings us a toy (: I also have a super extra fluffy long hair black cat named Jumper, but we call him anything but that: bun-bun, bunny, sir bun, bunjamin, bun, big boi - last but not least, i have my little baby girl Oakley - she is a 6 month old maine coon/bengal mix kitten and she is so super gorgeous and sweet and quirky!! her and bun are best friends! all the animals get along and i love it
