Magic Box Destash-- April

Welcome back! We took a short break because I wasn't sure if people still wanted these swaps. Please let me know how things are going and PM me with any constructive criticism you might have. Thanks! Now on to the swap:

Fill a MEDIUM FLAT RATE BOX full of items you would like to destash. This could be anything-- craft items or household items. Items do not necessarily have to be new, but should at least be lightly used and in very usable condition. Maybe you bought a set of something and only used one, or changed your mind after using only a small bit. Be sure to fill these boxes with a variety of items so its nice for your partner to open and choose from.

PLEASE NO out of season items like for Holidays that are not near by. Also PLEASE do not send broken, bad smelling, stained or unusable items. DeSTASH NOT deTRASH. Before putting it in the box, ask yourselves, "would I want to receive this?" If the answer is no--don't send it. I can't stress this enough as I have received items with literal dirt on them or unidentifiable yellow substances...you get the point. DO NOT send your trash. If you send nasty items, you put yourself at risk for getting a 3 as I would consider it not making swap requirements. UPDATE: PLEASE PLEASE let me know if you have any issues with quality of items. Don't just resend trash. If people report issues, I can better monitor this swap and problem swappers will not be allowed back.

Fill this box and send it to your partner. When you receive your box, take out what you would like to keep. Refill the empty spaces in the box. In the next round (if we are still loving these swaps), we will send these boxes again. The ultimate goal is that these treasures find homes.

DO NOT FILL EMPTY SPACES WITH BUBBLE WRAP OR TISSUE PAPER. Obviously if you send something breakable you should wrap it in bubble wrap, but do not add 5 items to a box and fill the rest with bubble wrap.

I can not stress enough that these boxes are random and meant to be a destash and is meant to be fun; a surprise like a grab bag. It's very possible that you might not receive the same number of items, same price value or have every item coordinated especially for you. Part of this swap is to find homes for treasures so this may include items you don't like or can't use that should be passed on. Please keep this in mind as an appropriate expectation when signing up.
