Scrap Happy Swap [Fabric only-requires sewing]

For those of you who have a scrap basket that we often threaten to just throw out and start fresh. But we don't and there it sits.

I challenge each of you to be SCRAP HAPPY!

sew up something you like

you will all have a month for:

1. deciding what you will make

2. piecing it together

3.sewing it up

4.mailing it out

Dig into that basket and make something adorable for your partner.

***What you ask?

a pot holder,

a scrappy quilt blocks,

use your scraps to decoupage a card

, book marks,

a mini-quilt,

coasters

journal cover,

little fabric folded flowers,

scrappy yo-yo’s

Needle case,

mini mug rug

You get the idea.

saying from the Depression Era:

“Use it up. Wear it out. Make it do. Do without.”

be open to your partners creative use of scraps

NOT OPTIONAL

{make sure the fabric is clean pressed and please make it something you would love to receive, neatly done & nicely finished }

you Must include a note with your user name and swap name
