Description:

I have tons and tons of craft supplies that I bought, but never got around to creating anything with them. Yet, I still keep buying supplies. I have convinced myself that I can not purge them, because I've never used them....

If you can relate, then this swap is for you.
If you can not relate and you have used supplies; I thrive to be like you. You are still welcomed to join.

For this swap you will use at least one (1) unused stamp and die set from your stash to create two (2) paper crafts. The theme is sender's choice. The objective is the use your stash.

Paper Craft #1: Decorated Mail Tag (Examples Below)

For paper craft #1, create a decorated mail tag using a stamp and die set. The mail tag can be anything. You must include the following on the back of your mail tag:

  • Swap Title: Use Your Stash - Stamp and Die Sets

  • Your full name

  • Your swap bot name

  • Date Sent

  • Stamp & Die Set(s) Product Information:

    • Manufacture, Stamp & Die Set name
    • Gift (from who) or Purchase (from where)
    • Approximately how long it's been in your stash

.

Paper craft #2: Sender's Choice

For paper craft #2 you must use a stamp and die set to create or decorate another paper craft. It can be the same stamp and die set you used for your mail tag.

Some paper craft ideas:

  • Tag
  • Folded notecard
  • Postcard
  • ATC
  • Notecard
  • Memory Dex Card
  • Ephemera
  • Embellishments
  • Pocket
  • Envelopes
  • 3D paper crafts
  • Altered Paperclips, clothespins, notebooks, bags
  • Bag Toppers
  • Tassels

The list above are just suggestions, please do not let that limit you or your creativity. Ideally, I wanted this to be a somewhat quick swap, so the paper craft projects that require a lot of time are not listed. (pocket letters, flip books, tag flips, mini albums, ect…)

I also did not put a quantity amount. So if you would like to make a set of handmade embellishments, note cards, paper clips or just one; either will meet the requirements of the swap. Use your discretion.

However, if it is a simple stamped image and your paper craft is ephemera, please do include at least four (4) stamped and die cuts of the simple image.

Furthermore, if you create the same paper craft for the mail tag and the 2nd craft (it's just blank), that's cool too. It's entirely up to you and your time. Lastly, a goodie is not required. However, feel free to include.

Any questions please post in the comments below or just message me.

Let me know if you are interested in me making this a series with different craft supplies. Message me or comment.

Wish you’d include Canada...

I wish international shipping costs were negligible, but it is only US to keep the shipping cost low.

For this swap you don't necessary have to have additional questions to the mail tag. Also if you want to have the answers to the items I listed above on the FRONT of your mail tag that's ok as well. Let me know if you have any other questions.
