Friendly Post Card in Time of Quarantine

I am brand new to this site. Is there a way to exchange postcards with others? I am open to send postcards to anyone. My cards a nice and I always use nice stamps from last century.

I would love to join this swap, but I can not figure out how.

I tried to join all postcard swaps.. I wish I could join this one. I do not see in the rules where I can join this swap. Did I miss something? It states I can create a one on one swap. Which was encourage by a member on this system. But it would not let me do just a one to one swap either. I person, on one swap, said it was unfair for me to earn points in that swap since I am new. That is not a really good state to say to some. I have been discriminated pretty much through school to now. That swap I met the qualifications, but the lead as I said I should not be able to earn that may points. I really do not understand why I can not earn points. I am not interested in the points. I am interested to create friends by exchanging postcards. This system does not encourage friends?

In fact this swap I was denied states: " send by dates, newbies or not, and all the things we expect or dont through swap bot and just send a nice post card in appreciation of life." It states newbies or not, am not a "newbie". I thought I was a member. This saddens me being part of US Army. I died from the USA. To say this to a disabled person that was willing to give their life for the USA, that's not nice. How may persons on this system was in military service? The Army is not allowed to discriminate other than transvestites (not sure of the spelling). This was due to our President Trump. The previous eliminated all discrimination.
