Self care kit

This swap is for those who want to swap some self-care related goodies! Each participant gets one (1) partner to who they make a little self-care kit. There are some ideas below about what you may include, but the total value of the kit has to be at least 10 dollars (without the postage costs).

You may include:

• a face mask
• tea or other hot beverages
• chocolate or sweets
• a small notebook / journal or journaling supplies
• a list of self-care or stress-relief tips
• something handmade (a bookmark, a zine, a flipbook etc.)
• fuzzy socks
• a postcard with a sweet message
• art made by you, quotes or poems
• anything else you can think of

ALSO INCLUDE A LETTER or at least a short note. You could share your favourite ways of self-care, any tips you have or write about anything else, it's up to you.

Play nice, make a kit that you would like to receive. You can start to prepare before the partners are assigned but it's nice to take a look at your partner's profile to see their likes and dislikes.

Note that this is an international swap, the postage costs can be pricy. Please don't flake, nobody wants to be let down. Ask me anything, I'm more than willing to help!
