Honestly some people can be so mean. The lovely Portia who is hosting this swap is the host she is allowed to decide who is allowed in her swaps. You can't dictate to her what rating she should or shouldn't have that's why your able to make your own swaps. If you aren't happy with the fact she's allowing some with low ratings the chance to rebuild their ratings then that's your choice you don't have to join. Be kind people don't knock someone because it's not your wishes. Instead bid them well and move on or create your own swap and host the way you please. Big hugs Portia nothing wrong with your hosting beautiful. I've participated in many of your swaps now and all have been successful and wonderful.

I have to echo Amy’s comment. If you aren’t happy with the rating requirement, move on. It’s the hosts decision to make, their prerogative and you’re under no obligation to join. I’ve joined a few of the swaps held by this host and haven’t had any issues, rather they’ve been very successful. There’s no need to leave nasty/demanding comments. Just find another swap and have a nice day. Thanks for the great swaps Portia.

I had a great experience in the last swap you hosted. As someone who is new to Type 3 swaps, it can be hard to find ones where I meet the requirements (ie, must have completed X amount of Type 3 swaps, etc). I also believe people are mostly good, and am sorry that some Negative Nancies on this site are trying to bring you down. Don't let them bother you, cause you rock!
