Description:

As the seasons begin to transition (Lammas is next week!!) and we move into celebrating the first harvest, I thought that perhaps we could also celebrate the abundance in our own lives by sharing a Witchy/Spiritual gift box catered to our partners!

For this swap, you'll review your partner's profile and send them a box with at least 5 new, or new condition items worth not less than 15$ USD (13 Euro, 11 Pound Sterling) that caters to their spiritual/pagan/witchy path. If you aren't comfortable adding this to your profile, please leave a sort of "wish list" in the comments.

Ideas for items include:

  • Tarot or Oracle Decks

  • Herbs/Oils/Smudges

  • Books/Journals

  • Altar Cloths

  • Candles

  • Stones/Crystals

  • Altar Items

  • Poppets/Corn Husk Dolls

  • Wall hangings

  • Witch Balls/Jars/Intention Cords

  • Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, etc.)

You must cater to your partner, so if they say "Please no more smudges!", do not send them a smudge.

Items may be wrapped or placed in little mojo, velvet, or gift bags - and ensure that they're packaged well against breakage!

Be sure to include a note with the swap name, your username, and any notes about the items you've selected for them. Wish them a bountiful harvest, be it from the fields or within their own hearts. After all, the idea behind this swap is to celebrate our personal harvests - the abundance we've created in our own lives, we'll share it with our partners.

In a Nutshell

  • 1 curated package to your partner's spiritual/witchy/pagan wishes/needs. The package will contain a minimum 5 new items, worth a minimum of 15$ before shipping. Please note that items should not include paper craft items (e.g., a tarot card you've made yourself) except as an extra if you're so inclined. A hand sewn altar cloth of salable quality, however, is fine.

  • Wrap each item, either with wrapping paper or in cloth gift bags.

  • Enclose a note to your partner that includes the swap name, your username, and any explanations you would like regarding why you chose what you did for them.

  • Ensure that you do NOT send items from their dislikes lists!

The Administrivia

  • Ensure that your name, username, and the swap name are included in the package.

  • Send on time. Rate promptly upon receipt. Sending late without communication warrants a 3 rating and removal from the group. Not rating or having to be chased for a rating also warrants removal from the group. Communicate and rate.

  • Rate according to the Swap-Bot Rating Criteria. Failure to rate your partner or to rate correctly will result in your removal from this group.

  • If you are going to be late sending, make sure you let your partner and me know prior to the send-by date.

  • Hearts are purely at the discretion of the rater.

  • If you flake, you will be removed immediately from this group.

  • If you are flaked on, let me know. I will angel this swap after you rate a 1.

I don't say much about my path in my profile, so I thought it might be helpful to add more here.

I am not religious, so while I will not be offended by pagan items, goddess symbols, etc., I probably wouldn't get much use out of them.

I would especially appreciate:
* Crystals and stones of any kind, except for quartz varieties and amethyst (I have plenty).
* More interesting herbs - think the kinds you can't get at a normal grocery store.
* Spell materials and ingredients.
* Decorative items, like nice boxes, altar cloths, wall hangings, etc.
* Jewelry - I like very simple jewelry, and most often wear earrings and necklaces. I do like rings but need them in larger sizes.
* Tarot items - I'm not currently into other types of cards such as Oracle.
* Anything homemade is always welcome.

I will be very appreciative of anything, but hope this list helps! Can't wait to do this swap. :)

I would love to join this swap and have no problems with the gifts, I make spiritual jewelry, and other alter items in stoneware , and have a collection of crystals and other items. The issue for me is postage, I am on a fixed income and cant afford it. It would be at least $20 to send to the UK so I have to pass. Love and Light Alexis
