Hand made post card with a big twist

Post cards are size 4" * 6". For this one I want you to trace out a 4" * 6" postcard in the center of a 5.5" * 8.5"piece of heavy duty paper. Design the postcard in the traced rectangle and in the extra space on the page draw a cool frame for your center postcard. Then mail the postcard with its frame in an envelope. The back should be filled out like a post card including a hand drawn stamp. This is the only note in the envelope don't write a note to explain the postcard.

I know lots are going to get confused with this one and be like so is it a post card or not... My answer is its a postcard with the twist of the frame.

This is to take people a bit outside their comfort zone with something different.
