Deco Roulette - USA

Greetings!

This swap is based on a cool one that I joined in a Postcard group. US only this time around, but please feel free to create an International one if you like :)

Details:

You will create a deco in the theme of your choosing. No pass alongs...please create a new one that is nicely done...one you would like to receive yourself.

You will have 1 assigned partner to send this Deco to. Simple.

Here's the fun. Once Swapbot assigns partners, I will email everyone else the other participants names and addresses...you will pick a random person to send a 2nd Roulette deco for and send on to them! The 2nd deco can be established, but NOT a homer please. Be sure your email is correct and your mailing address current

Rating - When your partner deco is received, please promptly rate a 5. The heart, as always, is up to you.

Roulette - we can't rate this one, obviously, but please comment a thank you comment on their page if you receive one. The fun is, you may receive multiple decos! And...only if you are so inclined...you could respond back to them with a thank you deco :)

Deets - This swap will require a 4.95 rating. If you do not receive a Deco in a timely manner after the close date, please contact your swapbot partner to resolve. If you don't get resolution, please rate them a 1, and contact me. I will Angel the swap.

Important In the Roulette deco, make sure the person you are sending to hasn't already passed or done a page. CLEARLY write your swapbot name and that you are sending a "Roulette" deco so your lucky recipient can comment on your page.
