Since we have just turned back our clocks for the end of Daylight Saving, everyone is thinking about TIME. The theme for this ATC will be TIME... Make one (1) ATC for one (1) partner. 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches on heavy card stock. No sticker slapping. ATC may be hand drawn or painted or collage, rubber stamp, combination. Must have something related to TIME. All swaps in this group are International.
