envelope of blue items

This is a swap for us to get some BLUE items for journal or other art

Your envelope is just a business sized envelope. 4 x9 security type, nothing special. BUT it should be over an ounce, which will cost you 70 Cents to mail. (those are the butterfly stamps) or a forever stamp plus one stamp 21 cents, for over an ounce, Currently men in tall patriotic hats. Formerly George Washington, penguins and Lincoln. Ok got it. Now if it is bumpy, I suspect it will be you need another 21 cent stamp, and it will need the big words NON-Machinable or Hand Cancel. I actually bought a red stamp on ebay for this purpose.

BTW the PO are government workers, they don't have to READ your request to hand cancel something. I have to take mine to PO and hand it to the clerk. But I also live in a very big city, and I think smaller towns might be more accommodating.

All items should be mainly BLUE. Fibers, washi tapes, images, die cuts, You know the drill. BLUE items to add our journals.

No limit on themes, It is senders choice. You can start finding items to add to your envelope, as it is not profile based.
