Week 31: Paint

This week use paint on your ATC. You can paint the entire card, paint a background, paint small details or anything. As long as you use paint in some way on your card you're good! Free theme otherwise.

Send an ATC that you'd be happy to receive.

This swap will be for swappers in the USA. Newbies are welcome with a filled out profile (i.e. not blank). Established swappers must be in good standing with no recent unexplained 1's or 3's. I reserve the right to ban ANYONE I feel is flaky, questionable, unpleasant, or will cause drama. If you had a problem in previous weeks please contact me with your concerns and I will help you as best as I can.
