You can create monoprints with a gel plate or a piece of glass or plexiglass (think picture frame). The difference: you get more definition from using a gelatin base. Also, it "gives" , so spreading paint goes easier and it uses less paint. But, that's how it was often done before gelatin based plates hit the art scene! A brayer really makes spreading the paint much easier and even... however you can probably use a brush or sponge.

I am keeping this ATC size minimum because everyone that does have a gel plate may have a different size.

For this swap you will send two monoprints (or the ghost) to two partners. Colors, designs etc are all sender's choice.

Please use a minimum of 90# card stock (most card stock is that weight) but you may use anything heavier.
