Description:
Using a postage stamp, used or unused as the main subject, either a bird, a face, flowers, whatever and create a background for it. Do not cut up the stamp, use the entire stamp. Like doing a head stamp and creating a body out of a cut out or drawn. Doing a bird stamp,place that in a setting. Anything goes. Doing this on an ATC 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 size. On back put name of swap and your profile name. 1 ATC to 1 swapper.
