QC - Feb Spool Block

This is the second swap featuring the spool block. All members are welcomed to join. The block fits flat inside a greeting card envelope and therefore costs are kept low.

For the thread section of the block you can use your skinny fabric strings/strips, a single piece of fabric or even selvedge edges. A cream or white fabric is requested for a background then the quilt. The background can be a tone-on-tone or solid fabric.

So: 1 block spool block of any color following the tutorial. Background fabric of white or cream. One partner.
