Technique series #2 - h20 colour black pencil/ink

OOps no swaps up at the moment so here's one.

4 x 6 inch watercolour paper

Create a background with a watercolour wash using one or two colours

Draw in your chosen image.... I practice first on scrap paper where I can rub out and redo lines until I am satisfied. I then trace onto my watercolour paper over the wash.

Now, draw over your traced image with black pencil and or black ink,

You can add shading with pencil, ink or added watercolour.
