Description:

Since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year, the spoonie community on Instagram has helped me a lot in accepting and empowering myself as a chronic survivor. So this swap is a way to support each other in this long path. If you have a chronic condition, this is your swap!

In case you haven't heard of the spoon theory: http://www.butyoudontlooksick.com/articles/written-by-christine/the-spoon-theory/

What you will send to your partner:
- A postcard or notecard to cheer up your partner: a positive quote or thought, a cheer-up message to read when days are not so good, anything related to the spoonie community... It can be handmade or storebought.
- A letter about yourself, your condition and/or how you manage with it. Try to use a nice paper or decorate it with stamps, stickers... Only if you want and feel like it :)
- A profile-based flat gift to make your partner smile: stickers, washi tape samples, bookmarks, post-it notes... This can also be handmade or storebought.

You don't have to answer the letter you receive, but this is a good chance to get a penpal from whom you can receive support and the feeling that someone understands what you're going through.

Remember to write down your nickname and name of the swap!

No newbies, minimum rating 4.97, I will check every profile before assigning partners. No recent unresolved 1's or 3's.

I will angel if necessary, so please don't make it necessary :)

Great idea! I'm a fellow fibro sufferer. This is a great way to bring a smile to someone.
