4.0 is a pretty low rating and will likely deter some more experienced swappers from wanting to join your swap. Here is a thread about low rating requirements that you may find helpful.

I love handwritten letters. Letters who is computer typed and mail is like email for me = boring even it is the text you read who is important. But for me I have some trubble to get computer written letters. So this swap is really great. I hope I get 2 long lasting friendship through letters. Because some of my penpals have stop and some of them I dont hear from.. So I will join.

Ica1986 that is great to hear you will be joining. I have made some great long lasting friendships through penpals and even got to meet a few. I've been penpalling since 2012 and I love it. I even text my Australian penpals. Handwritten letters are great and like you if your going to type a letter it might as well be a email. If this swap works well I'm going to hold another one next year

This sounds like it might be a good swap to try. I used to hand write all my letters but with age my hand writing is deteriorating and it gets harder and harder to hand write. Are any of the swapers over 50 - if so, could I have one of those as I am getting older and sometimes need my granddaughter to tell me what is going on in the modern world!! Chris crispycritter

Do you mean 2 A4 pages long? Or can they be smaller pages?

Oh man, I can barely fill 1 A4 page when I write to penpals :/ I have no idea how I am going to fill 2 A4 pages.

@mellyrose89 google for ideas lol you will be fine hun. My current penpals hear all about my Christmas shopping, uni problems, boy troubles and the rest of my life. Maybe you could write it over a few days and talk about what you did each day?

Can we write it on a spiral notebook size paper

@texasangel I'm happy for you to write on any type of paper as long as it is A4 size, as I know the spiral notebooks can come in different sizes. I need to make it fair on everyone. Once the letters are written and you are penpals then I'm sure it won't matter what size paper or how long it is. But I think a good introduction letter needs to have a bit of detail

Oops I messed up on this swap I didn't know what a size was I wrote mine on stationery paper front and back and also added on to the 2 ND page.. sorry about that I'll make sure I get it right the next time..
