Description:

I'm always looking for new/different kinds of embellishments for projects. You too?

What to send: This swap is for alphabet letters. This is NOT a letter writing swap. This is for actual ABC letters. They might be the little foam ones. Or stickers. Or die-cuts. Or wooden. Or felt. The material doesn't matter -- but you must send one full A to Z set of letters to one partner. Size and color is up to sender. Nothing handmade.

Who can join: Anyone with at least a 4.95 and who has completed at least 2 Type 3 swaps. Unrated newbies welcome as long as you have a well filled out profile.

I will angel if necessary but hope not!

What a pity that you can't send handmade alphabet letters, not even stamped on beautiful paper?

I was thinking about applying adhesive to the back of felt and die cutting an alphabet. That looks pretty professional.

Stellaerrans -- Stamped on pretty paper does sound nice. My concern was someone just writing/drawing letters and leaving someone disappointed. It seemed the easiest way to avoid that would be to set the line at homemade. On the other hand, you could always contact your partner and ask if they'd be interested in stamped letters. They might (I would!) and then everyone would be happy!

thebragal -- it does sound cool. I guess I'd have to say the same thing I just told Stellaerrans....I had to draw the line somewhere and the difference between store bought and homemade seemed reasonable. But, your partner might be thrilled with the die cuts (I would!) if you check with them first.

Thank you for your answer, Lonestarchild, I'll do as you suggest!
