TCW-- Spell a Month Series #1--EDITED

The ebb and flow of this swap may change as I look it over or if suggestions are made. All changes will be made before partners are assigned and any participants will be notified.

This will hopefully be the first of series of swaps for The Crafty Witches. The first one will be a Cleansing/Clearing spell. There will only be 3 items that are required for this swap and they must pertain to the spell:

1. The actual spell. Can be written by you or can be something you found online. Can be an actual spell, chant, etc. Please note whether it's something you wrote or found online. Don't just scribble it down on a napkin. Please write it down on the size paper your partner has requested (to be added in the comments below). Decorate the page. The page can be added to a current BOS, journal or saved to make a book for the series.

2. A candle. Can be a charm candle, votive, taper, etc. I know not all of us have ready access to specialized candles, so anything is okay with this part. Just be sure it corresponds with the spell as far as color goes. While it's not required, dressing the spell would be a nice touch!

3. Herbs. Send a small amount of herbs that correspond with the spell. The little clear 2"x3" baggies are the perfect size. At least 1 herb is required, more is optional. In the event that a swapper from Australia or other known countries where it is not allowed to send herbs to, a stone or crystal can be substituted.

Other possible items to include, but are not required:
incense
stones
crystals
prepackaged spell envelopes

There will be 1 week between to sign up before partners are assigned and 2 week to send. This should be a relatively cheap swap to put together and send as you can use items that you already have on hand. Please be sure that the items are packaged in a way that nothing is torn, broken or otherwise destroyed in transit.
