Description:

Our next BIzarre Holiday is World Turtle day

When is World Turtle Day? The official date for World Turtle Day is May 23.

World Turtle Day began in 2000 and was started by the American Tortoise Rescue, which is a rescue organization run from Malibu, California in the U.S. - founded in 1990.

You need to make your partner ONE, ATC card with a Turtle as the main focus. Sea turtles count as well, as Tortoises. Just so you know you are not required to put a date May 23 or the words World Turtle day on the front of the card. but you can.

You can draw, paint, Zentangle, collage, stamp or cut out images from a book or magazine.

Please be artful when creating your card. Except for those we hand draw, paint or Zentangle, your card does need more art on it then a turtle image on some background paper. Ink, or fibers, or brads, embossing, or whatever.

There will be an international swap, and USA players may sign up for both, but will need to keep in mind that they might get the same USA player and will need to make different cards if that happens.

Please protect your cards in a plastic sleeve or small envelope.

Put some contact info on the back, such as your name, your Swap-bot nick name, this groups name, The swap name, the month and year.

All group members in good standing may play. I do read ratings. I will angel this swap if needed. First you must contact your sender twice and rate them a 1.
