Make a stained glass image using Sharpies (or other alcohol markers) and glossy photo paper. It's sender's choice.

After you make your stained glass design secure it to the front of an envelope of your choice, purchased or handmade. It can entirely cover the FRONT of the envelope, or be a bit smaller so it is framed by the envelope.

Put the to and from addresses and the postage on the BACK of the envelope.

Include a note to your partner and send it on it's merry way!
