mag·pie noun /ˈmagˌpī/  magpies, plural A long-tailed crow with boldly marked (or green) plumage and a raucous voice Used in similes or comparisons to refer to a person who collects things, esp. things of little use or value. The Magpie is a bird who goes around collecting things so for the purpose of this journal you are to have at least 30 entries of things you have collected.

Examples are:

RECIPES MENUS CARDS/POSTCARDS BITS OF RANDOM INFORMATION CLIPPINGS FROM MAGAZINES/NEWSPAPERS POEMS SONG LYRICS YOUR OWN PERSONAL THOUGHTS

You get the idea it can really be anything, but please do not make all 30 entries the same thing. You can use a journal or a composition notebook to put your entries in. . You will have one partner.

No recent 1's or 3's You must have completed at least 5 type 3 swaps to join.

(based on @draco 's original swap)

Please note that I had to change the swap to USA Region due to postage. I'm broke ;)

So, do you write these things into the notebook, or do you collage them in or both?

Aumonae 01/19/2015 #

Can we make our own journal?

BennysMumma 01/19/2015 #

@Moominbrooke - you can put into the book whatever you want, collage, paint, zentangle, write, draw, etc. Whatever your little heart desires ;)

@Aumonae - absolutely! Personally, I love homemade anything, but lack the patience to make my own journal ;)
