Description:

I decided to wait until after the Holidays to continue on with the Postcards through the alphabet because I've got Christmas on the brain. I'm excited about it this year.

I'm taking over the postcards through the alphabet swaps for @nyanSan She is not swapping for a while so I have her permission to continue them for her. I'm going to keep the same rules as her.

For this swap you will have 1 partner to whom you'll be sending 1 naked (written on and stamped)

store bought postcard OR a photo postcard professionally made by a printing company like Zazzle.com, Shutterfly.com or even Wal-Mart using your very own photos.

The postcard should feature anything that begins with the letter I(i).

So for example, you can send a postcard featuring a Indian, iceberg or Italy. Anything goes as long as it begins with a I(i).

On the back on the card please tell your partner what word that begins with the letter I(i) your postcard is representing. Otherwise you can write about your day or just whatever you like :).

Swappers with a rating of 4.97 and greater can join, no recent 1s or 3. I will be checking all profiles very carefully.

Does it matter how large the 'i' item is on the card? For example an ice-cycle on an eave of a ski lodge.

That would be fine @fawnscrafts

On the postcard just write what the "i" represents. I always write "postcards through the alphabet~(the letter we on doing)(the item for that letter) EXAMPLE Postcards through the alphabet~H (house and hearts) That is what my H postcard represented.

If I have a picture made into a postcard, will it be considered store-bought or home-made? As in, professionally made into a postcard by a postcard printing company.

I just made one of my favourite paintings into a postcard, and the painting's name starts with "i". So that would be perfect for this swap, but only if it's considered "store-bought".

Yes @Kasha22 a postcard like that I will accept in my postcards through the alphabet since it is professionally made by a printing company.

Can I ask what comapny you used? I've been wanting to turn my favorite photos in to postcards but I don't want to spend a lot. Shutterfly charges $1.27 and I think Wal-Mart does them but I haven't looked in to that yet.

I used zazzle for my postcards. Also for my Christmas cards. I just discovered zazzle, and they've been very reliable.

Kasha22 12/12/2014 #

By the way, I ended up paying 88 cents per postcard.

I will be using Zazzle in the future Kasha22. I checked the site and they are affordable and you can add a text on the front and the back. Thank you for sharing.

I edited my swap a little (in big bold black letters)
