You can open them when you receive the package or you can wait until Christmas Eve or Day to open. I open my stuffers on Christmas Eve. But do rate right away when you receive the package. The gift/gifts are your choice but do check out your partners profile for ideas. Send something that you would love to receive. It can be new or used but if it is used make sure it is in EUC.
