EJ: Blueprints

For this swap let's make a postcard that includes a blueprint. I'm leaving this one pretty open. Use a real blueprint, print out a blueprint, draw your own blueprint and ... I think, if you want to do digital art and then print it out - make a digital postcard that includes a blueprint - that's fine too.

Let's just see how this goes.

If you do a google search for blueprint you'll see there are tons of examples. Cars, houses, boats, dogs, Star Trek ships ... even a Dalek ( Here's the Dalek ).

Also, we can allow either the blue background with white writing or the white background with blue writing. The idea is that the blueprint represents a technical drawing and so utilize that in your art somewhere. Of course, I'm always thinking collage, but you can tap into your fabulousness and use other techniques and mediums as well.

Postcards can be any size but no smaller than 4 x 6 inches. Apply proper postage depending on size and bulk.
