Serial Killer ATC #4 is CHARLES MANSON and THE FAMILY Charles Manson is a convicted serial killer who has become an icon of evil. In the late 1960s, Manson founded a hippie cult group known as "the Family" whom he manipulated into brutally killing others on his behalf. Some sources say that Manson is not a serial killer, while others argue that he murdered by manipulation. Manson is still alive and rotting away in prison today. For all intents and purposes, we will consider him a serial killer. Feel free to depict the entire family on your ATC or just Manson.
