Huge ATC Swap

This is a USA ONLY version of @Rubiadejimani swap, and I do have her permission to do a regional version. Thank you to her for the great idea!

You must send a minimum of 10 ATC's to your partner. The ATC's can be self- made, or ATC's you've received from other swaps. This is a great way to pass along ATCs that don't fit your collection. This is SENDERS CHOICE, but we all like to receive quality, so let's keep that in mind! Its always a good idea to check your partners profile for likes and favorite themes.

NEW RULE ADDED 1/2/14.... If you receive at least 10 ATCs from your partner on time, your partner has fulfilled the requirements of the swap and should be rated a 5. This is NOT a PROFILE swap. This is a swap to trade ATCs.

If you receive ATCs that don't fit your collection they can be swapped out next round. If you get ATCs that you feel deserve a heart then that's great. Please don't rate unfairly. This is meant to be fun and a way to mix up your collection. Also, please don't send your partner an ATC made by himself/herself. Some people get hurt over it, and that's not what we are aiming for. This swap is supposed to be fun for everyone :)

NEW EDITED RULES 7-27-14

If you send your swap out LATE, you will be required to miss the next round. This is for ATCs you ALREADY have made or ATCs made by others that you would like to trade. There is no reason they should be sent late, as they should be already finished!

You can send ATCs you have made yourself, but they must be quality ATCs that you are proud to send out. If you are sending other peoples ATCs you won't be held accountable for their quality. However, if you are passing on a "sticker slapped type card, it will count as an extra, not one of the 10 required.

If you are the maker of the ATCs, they must NOT be sticker slapped. Do not send out "junk" cards in hopes to get nice cards. I have had complaints and I want this to be a fun swap for everyone. If you are sending ATCs you created, please dont send half-assed work. Or you will be banned from this swap in the future. Do NOT rate poorly because you "don't like" the color, style, accents, media, or theme. This is not a profile swap, but I expect quality cards to be sent.

You must have a 4.98 rating to join, no recent 1s or 3s. Newbies are NOT allowed. No exceptions, so don't ask. You must have completed 20 type 3 swaps. If you don't know what an ATC is, this is NOT your swap. I will go through the list of participants prior to assigning partners. I will angel after you have rated your partner a 1. Any flakers will NOT be allowed to join any of my future swaps.
