If they don't mail until Dec 25th, we obviously won't have them for Christmas. Did you mean to have the send by date that late?

Yeah especially if it takes a few weeks or longer for the mail to get the card to you I would think the date needs to be adjusted by 2 to 3 weeks

I want to join this swap, but only when the must send by date will be earlier.

I have done this swap for many years and the first time I had complaints on the send by date.

All it means is to send it by this date. The holidays can be a buzy time of year. I can only change the date by a couple of days.

Ok i changed it again.

We now have 5 partners and the send by date is Dec 16th
