SwaS: A week of thankfulness

When I went through a tough time some years ago I was asked to write a diary with only positive things. And though it was hard sometimes I realized that I could name at least one thing for every day that was positive.

I think many people tend to concentrate so much on negative things that happen in their lifes. And overlook the positive ones.

So let us create a week of thankfulness where we look on all the positive things that happen in our lifes. Guess we may be surprised.

As the swap we will do the following: We will pick a piece of paper, a notecard or something like that. On each day (Mo-Su May 12-18) we will write down at least 3 things that were positive or that we are thankful for.

We put this in an envelope and send it. That way we can share a little of our positive things. Not required but as a suggestion: adding a small flat goodie for our swap partner or an inspirational quote or something like that.

I will give two days to mail the swap out after we've written the daily entries. So please only join if you can fulfill the swap in time.
