Description:

It's time for a scavenger hunt! You will create one postcard for one partner.

Create one original postcard featuring the items listed below. How you interpret and represent the items is up to you: text, images, patterned papers, ephemera, other media/mediums, shape of the card, etc.

Here's your list:

  • a rabbit
  • the color blue
  • the number 17
  • a flower
  • a quote (e.g., a line of poetry, a snippet from a book, etc.)

The size and shape of the postcard are sender's choice. The scavenger hunt items need to be included in the actual collage itself - or represented by the shape of the postcard. Each item on the list needs to be separately represented. In other words, you can't represent both the color blue and the number 17 by using a blue 17. Understand?

Anything on the note & address side will not count toward a completed scavenger hunt postcard. You may add as many other additional elements, images, colors, etc. as you wish to make it an interesting collage. Have fun with it!

The postcard should be sent naked and written on, but you are welcome to send yours in an envelope in the event it needs a little extra care. Don't forget to include the swap name and your swapbot name on your card.

Please PM me with questions. (Most of this swap description was lifted directly from a previous swap hosted by the fantastic stephiedee.)
