Not sure how many group members are from Canada but I would be willing to hold a regional :Canada the frozen north one if anyone's interested?

Does the book we swap have to be new or can it be gently used?

Would you consider a book depository swap? I have books on my wishlist that are under $5 with no postage costs. That way it could be international. You can put a money limit on the amount spent. There is one on the public forum that I join occasionally but I know that this group is such a safe place to swap!

I'll talk to the officers, see if anyone would be up for the depository so our international swappers could do a swap. I took a look briefly now though and prices seem HIGH. Are paperbacks really $15 now?!

Brooke - to buy a new paperback in Australia from a mainstream shop can be $25-$30 so I don't do that very often! Even second hand books can be $10-$15. As I've said I have a few on my list that are under $5 and quite a few more that are under $10 so it would be easy to have a price limit - people would just need to have a link on their profile to their wishlist.

I don't think I can do this month, but hopefully will be able to join some of these other months.

I can't do it this month but would love to later on! I think it would be nice to do one where you picked from your partner's book depository wishlist for under a certain price, like @Teacher mentioned. I buy all my books used now, unless I get them for gifts, too expensive. :(
