Swap Those Misfit Notions

We all have them- the random zipper you bought for no particular reason and never seem to want to use, the buttons you love but have been sitting around for years, the neon green thread you bought for one project and haven't touched since...

Let's swap our misfit notions! One gals trash is another girls treasure, that's for sure.

For this swap, you will fill a 6"x9" envelope with a minimum of 1 notion from each of the following five categories (for a total of at least 5 items):

1) A Spool of Thread 2) Piping, RicRac, Bias Tape, Blanket Binding, Ribbon, Elastic, Ribbon, Misc Trim 3) Buttons, Zippers, Other Closures 4) Misc. Hardware (snaps, rivets, eyelets, clasps, d rings, magnetic closures, purse feet, purse handles, etc). 5) Wild Card (Sender's choice!)

Items do not have to be brand new (you can pull from your stash) but spools of thread must be at least 3/4 full, and a minimum of 1 yard for piping, bias tape, ribbon, trim, etc. Please send a full set of hardware (don't send your partner 3 purse feet!) or a minimum of 4 buttons or snaps / 2 zippers. Feel free to send more than one item from each category, but all 5 categories must be represented in your envelope! Of course it is always nice to take a peek at your partner's profile and try to send them things you think they will like, but this swap is sender's choice as it is an opportunity to rehome some of your favorite misfit notions! :)

Newbies will be accepted for this swap, but only with a very well filled out profile (I will check!)- I will angel for this swap if need be, but I want to give some newbies a chance to participate in this forum.
