photo swap

Hey there! I love fast turnaround swaps like this! I do want to mention though, since you're welcoming questions, that a one-day turnaround swap such as this is fraught with problems. In my small-town, to send international I have to actually go to the post office, which is only open for three hours on Saturday, (which February 1 is). I know some folks have post offices that aren't open at all Saturdays. I mention this not with the expectation that you will change the swap, but really just to make you and others aware of the logistics.

I have a question. Do you have to send two photos for each partner or two photos for both of them so you send one to each of them? Kinda confused. Thanks :)

Good question, IezzySupardi. I think it would be more fun if we sent 2 photos to each partner. I guess they could be the same photos, meaning you would only have to take 2 photos total, print 4, but since the idea behind this swap is for us to notice the beautiful things around us everyday, I think we should take as many photos as we like and send 2 to our swap partners. I hope that makes some sense cause I am kinda confusing myself. OXOXOX

I am new to this site but would love to join this swap. I see I joined just in time, but how do I get my partner's address to swap with them? =] I see you have the dealine to mail off the photo's by Feb 3rd. So I would need an address soon =]

p.s. can the photo's be printed on a sheet on paper from my computer? Or do they need to be professionaly printed on Photo paper?? Thanks <3

Hola GracelynnsMommy2014, I am glad you joined the swap. On the top right of the swap page is a yellow box, just click on "See the partners you send to" and you will find the addresses of your partners.
Sure the photos can be printed on computer paper, I don't mind but if you like you can ask your swap partner what they prefer.

Thank you chana, I will send my photos out tomorrow since today is Sunday and the post office is closed :-P My partners will they be the ones sending me photos too? Or will I have 2 different people sending me photos? Also is it okay if I send an introductory letter with my photos? :) thanks again and sorry for all the questions :)

Oh yeah, and do these photos need to be landscape photos? Or can the be of items? Such as flowers in my garden, or places that I drive by alot?

No worries GracelynnsMommy, Im happy to answer any questions you have. I believe you will get photos from other participants but because there are only a few people in the swap I can't be sure. As far as the photos, they can be anything you see everyday but don't really notice. I guess is that there are so many beautiful things around us that we don't even really see them.
