Show Some Shelves

My library is currently in chaos and in boxes while I move & install the floor, so I hope you run this swap again in 6 months or a year! :-)

So, since I don't have actual shelves, but mine are in weird places, could I still send, since you said any book-containing apparati?

@KateKintail - I just moved so I'll be scrambling to get the library in order too. I would love to run this again later on. :)

@ImzadiRose - Yup, just wherever you keep your books. I know people keep them places others than shelves, and wanted this to be inclusive. Plus, it's fun to see what other people do with books. My housemate wants to make one of those book Christmas trees this year, like a stack of books in tree-shape with lights. Hilarious.

Yay! my few books are a jumbled mess, as we don't have many anymore, but our pile is growing, thanks to a buy 1 get 2 free sale at the thrift store. I just grabbed anything that looked halfway good and that I could carry. :)

The tree shaped thing is so cool! I keep trying to find stuff at the thrift store for cheap to make something cool for shelves.

We actually ended up with too many shelves in our library. When moving in, we just told everyone to put shelves in there and we'd sort it later. I think there are 6 or 7 we will use in the library, but about 12 more that we have to scatter around the house. Too bad you're not nearby @ImzadiRose you could come hijack some of my shelves!

Oh, I would LOVE that!! Dang sometimes I wish I did live out that way, I have a friend who could have gotten me a car. LOL! Car and bookshelves, that is what my life is missing!! Enjoy them all!

i totally couldnt take pictures of all the places i store my books cause im too embarassed at the mess LOL. but this one was fun! i loved this swap, it was interesting to see the bookshelves
