Description:

This is a simple tea swap, which you can use to re-home some tea that is not quite your favourite, or just to sample some teas you might not otherwise have tried!

You will have two partners, and send them both 3 teabags. Variety is sender's choice, but try to send more than one type. If your partner's profiles or comments indicate they like loose leaf, you may substitute an equivalent amount of loose leaf.

I want this to be a quick and simple swap, but if you want to check your partner's profile and send something extra, or tailor your tea selection to their tastes, you are welcome to do so.

If you get the equivalent of three teabags, please give your partner five stars. If you LOVE your tea, or feel they went above and beyond, give a heart! Swap-bot should be a happy place :)

I am setting a rating requirement for the swap, but if you are a newbie or trying to raise your average rating, message me and convince me to let you in :)

I have several boxes of teas that when i opened them, they only have a cloth wrapper around the tea, no hanger and no extra over wrap. Can these be sent? If this is Int'l aren't there custom rules on what can be sent to what countries?

If your tea bags only have the 'fabric' wrapper around them, just put them in a little plastic bag or similar wrapping, and make sure you label them.

There are some customs restrictions for some countries, but in my experience people from countries (like Australia) with very strict requirements are aware of these and don't join swaps that might cause a problem. Check your partner's profile to be sure.

I have changed the swap to allow unrated swapers - NOTE THAT I DID THIS TO ALLOW A COUPLE SWAPPERS WHO CONTACTED ME DIRECTLY.

If you are an unrated swapper, please send me a message indicating your intent to participate in this swap. Newbies who have NOT messaged me will be removed from the swap.

Thanks for your cooperation - I am trying to find a balance between taking reasonable precautions to avoid flakers, and being flexible and open to everyone who really wants to join.

Happy swapping!

Hello everyone, partners have now been assigned.

Unfortunately I did have to remove a few unrated swappers from the swap because I did not get a message from them, which I stipulated was a condition.
Sometimes messages get lost in the internets, so if this was an error, please do get in touch and we can try to work something out. I try to be reasonable about that sort of thing.

There were several new swappers who did message me - thanks guys! Lets all have a good swap, and happy swapping everyone!

I put my teas in

I have my teas in some printable teabag covers They look colorful with different pictutes on each one. So this will keep my tea bag all together. I do not drink tea. Well, mint tea is okay. But I've never drunk tea nor coffee in my whole life. But I love the smell of the coffee grinders in the shops. Smells so good. MiniQuilt
