Description:

This swap is designed to help those who aren't quite sure what to send for a Smash Book/Junk Journal swap to get started. Even though I am targeting new smashers, all are welcome.

For this swap we will send our partner at least five (5) items (each individual piece counts as one item) that can be used in a smash book or junk journal. If you choose to send stickers, you must send at least 10, and they will only count as one item, no matter how many you send. You can consult your partner's profile for ideas, but this is sender's choice in the end.

Here is a list of items that you can send for this project:

  • Small envelopes
  • Small note pad pages
  • Colorful, mostly flat decorative items
  • Postcards
  • New or vintage blank forms of any kind
  • Images (stickers, pictures cut from magazines, etc.)
  • Recipe Cards
  • Any attractive items that can be written on or used to decorate
  • Postage stamps

If you are uncertain how a Smash Book or Junk Journal looks, really anything goes. Below are links to several pages that show Smash Book pages:

Swap requirements: You'll need to have a rating of 4.90 or better and a well filled-out profile. Newbies are welcome with a completed profile. No recent or unexplained 1s or 3s. No flakers.

I am setting the swap so that the Swap-bot software will automatically refuse anyone who does not meet the 4.90 minimum requirement, unless you are new and unrated.

Please PM me if you have questions.

I haven't mailed out internationally in a while, does anyone know the rate for standard flat mail?

@Pharrez07 first class priority shipping for a 1oz letter or postcard from the US to any other country is now $1.10. But, if you want to see the price for anything heavier you can use http://postcalc.usps.com/ to calculate your price.
