In this swap, stuff an envelope with flat mail art supplies. This could include: stickers, papers, decorative tapes, pictures, magazine cut outs, shapes, used stamps, rubber stamped images, scrapbook supplies, ribbons, etc. Please decorate your envelope, and use equivalent of only one first class stamp to mail it. USA only.

I've seen that on other swaps. I believe the point is that you only have to send (just under) 1 ounce of stuff, so it can be sent with a first class stamp. You don't have to stuff a giant envelope full to bursting, because that would cost more than 1 stamp.

Yep, that's right. But being a mail art group some people like to use an assortment of stamps, like a .13 and a .20 and a .10 and some .1 centers. I don't mind if people want to do that, or they can just use one regular first class stamp, or one forever, but the mailing should equal the cost of one first class stamp, and not cost many dollars to send. I hope that helps.
