Girl Scout Patch Swap

Is this swap for current Girl Scouts? I Use to be a girl scout when i was younger and still have all my badges saved.

several of the girls in my troop "collect" patches, especially vintage ones. They don't go on their vests though. One girl keeps hers in a binder and the other 2 have fleece blankets they sew them on.

I'm in! My family had moved several times while my daughter was a scout, and I was very involved with the troops - sometimes as a leader, sometimes as a trip coordinator, sometimes as publicity chair for the area - so I have several from various councils. I wear them on a special vest (not a uniform) - the ones I participated in on the front, and others on the back, so people could see all the fun things scouts are involved in. Patches are a great way to 'market' scouting and to encourage other girls to get involved. The patches can also encourage others to think of special events they might want to have for their girls. Just something to think about.

This is for anyone who wishes to swap patches. As an event director, I order extra event patches/participation badges. Yes they are suppose to be there to get the badge. But these badges are given to girls who pay the money but than something happens and they cannot be there. If you don't want these badges cause it doesn't seem right than state that and you can get other types of badges from your partner.

Oh what a fantastic swap!! I'm a troop leader and the chairperson for cookies and always have lots of extra badges floating around! Can't wait to share them!!!
