EOTPF: Stopping by with a note to say “hi”

It makes my day brighter when I receive a note from a friend. When I open up my mailbox and see an envelope addressed to me – one that stands out from all the other mail because it is handmade or decorated in some way – it makes me smile. I almost want to open it up right then, but I wait until I get inside and have some time to sit down and savor it. I know the sender has taken time out of their day to sit down and write me a nice note and share a bit of their life with me. [If you feel this way too, then I’m hoping you’ll join this swap.]
