Hello, and welcome to my postage stamps swap! After I have already carried out several swaps successfully, here now a new (revised) Swap. You have an exchange partner and it 10 stamps are exchanged via postage mail. You can remove the stamps either from the envelope paper, or exchange torn out stamps from the envelope paper. If you wish to send self-adhesive stamps, please make sure that they can be easily removed from paper. I wish you a lot of fun!

Hi, Just to clarify, each person sends 10 used postage stamps. Do they have to be on the paper? Thanks

per letter should mean via postage mail - IÂ´ll edit it

I'm guessing "exchanged by letter". So, you send the stamps as a letter / inside an envelope.
