Description:

I am really loving postcard swaps right now. In another swap, I received an oversized postcard with a little something attached to it. So, I am making a swap for one!!

KEEP IN MIND THAT OVERSIZED POSTCARDS WILL REQUIRE MORE POSTAGE THAN JUST ONE POSTCARD STAMP. YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED TO BRING THIS INTO THE POST OFFICE TO ENSURE YOU GET THE RIGHT POSTAGE

In this swap, you will make or buy an oversized postcard. On the back you will attach a small plastic bag or envie with a small surprise. It can be a few stickers, a quote, a teabag, or anything that may fit inside of a smaller pouch. Also, remember to write your partner a message telling them a little about yourself or how your day is going, or just anything that strikes you at the time! I am making this USA only due to postage prices at this time.

Please have a rating of at least 4.95. I am not opening it to new swappers at this time. Please have a well filled out profile so that your partner may make it a little extra special. I will angel this swap if needed. If you are going to be late for some reason, please message your partner. Rate accordingly only after you have made attempts to resolve any issues with your partner. Most of all, have fun!!! Any questions, please comment here or message me!!!

How do you attach it? I'd worry it would come off. I have perfect cards for this too! I think so anyway I don't know if my partner would agree :| Would covering the packet with packing tape be okay? Not the opening of course. Or should it be something where you could remove the whole packet?

Are vintage postcards okay? I have a couple but they are vintage... but really neat.

What I was sent one time was a small piece of plastic or a small plastic bag taped on all four sides. It came all the way from South Africa and it was intact and wasn't even tampered with at all. You can also attach a small envelope or something like that. I attached a small envelope to the front one time and taped it on all four sides and it traveled just fine!! Yes, vintage postcards are just fine. There is not really any specific type of card that you have to send, just sender's choice!

I got one once that had a wee envelope with awesome un stamps in it and they used washi tape to cover the tiny envelope completely.

This can really turn out to be a fun swap. Some other suggestions for things to send are recipes, stickers, flowers, stamps, buttons, and anything else that might fit into a little pouch. If any of you make ATC's, the little sleeve that you put the ATC in works great to put a surprise in, tape it up and send it out.

may want to add oversized postcards need more postage than regular postcards. So make sure you use enough postage :)

@usacricket Thank you for adding. I will go in and add that.
