National Random Act of Kindness Day

February 17 is Random Act of Kindness Day! Not that we need a special day for that, because we love to do nice things for others, right? For this swap, you will, sometime during the course of your day, perform an unexpected act of kindness to either a stranger or an aquaintance. It can be anonymous, or the recipient may know that you have done this for them. It can be something small, like writing a note to a neighbor telling them that you are glad to be their neighbor. Or it can be something larger, like leaving groceries for a needy family, or rescuing an abused animal and giving it a good home. Yes, your kindness does not necessarily have to be toward a human! Write a letter, telling your partner about it. The letter should be at least three pages, and in it you should tell what you did, whether or not it was anonymous, and how you felt. Happy, sad, resentful; any emotion is acceptable.
As long as your partner performed the kindness, and wrote the required number of pages describing it, you should rate them a five.
