Requirements: Must have a rating of 5.00, no 1's or 3's. You must have at least 30 completed swaps to participate. ( I am sorry but I am having problems with newbies who have nothing to lose rating wise) I will be checking profiles and will Ban where I see fit. PLEASE NO FLAKING! Due to Flakers in my other swaps I am going to have to be VERY rigid about my swap rules. I will be checking everyones profile multiple times before I assign partners, and if I feel that you are a risk I will have to ban you. I am sorry to be so blunt but this is the only way that I can protect the people in my swaps. Swapping is suppose to be fun not stressful and disappointing. So if you cannot fully commit please don't join. I hate to be that way but I cannot handle all of this flaking, it is unfair for you to take and not give back.
