Description:
Cut a piece of light colored tissue paper larger than an ATC. Stamp your image(s) on the tissue paper. After the ink has dried, tightly crumple the tissue paper. It should be all wrinkled. Cover an ATC cut from light colored cardstock with white or clear glue & lay your stamped tissue paper image side up. smooth out but do not press hare enough to remove the wrinkles. You can add embelishments if you want. Two partners will each receive on ATC.
