Email pal

Instead of having a penpal, why not an emailpal. This can be a long term thing between you and your partners.

Penpal is very common in swapbot but I've yet to come a cross an email pal. Having a pen pal on swapbot is too mainstream =P

So, I'm making one here.

Don't get me wrong, I love writing letters but sometimes when you have one of those days where you just need a quick chat or talk with someone and writing a letter would take ages for them to reply, an email pal would help. I'm not sure if that makes any sense but this is what its for =)

This is pretty simple. You will have 5 partners each. The first email is pretty standard. Introduce yourself to your partners. I'm pretty sure I don't have to tell you what to say =)

Just 'talk' to them. Please don't send an email saying "Hi, how are you? I'm XXX and I'm 24. Thank you". Come on, you can do better than that! Just tell them what you would usually write to your pen pal

For partners, you can choose to reply or not. But you have to rate them once you received their email.

Please update your current email address on swap bot so that your partners email can reach you.

To make things easier for you and your partners, please put the subject of your email as "Swapbot - Email pal".
