Genealogy swap #1 - Questionnaire

It's All Saints Day! At the occasion of this beautiful celebration, I launch a new series of swaps where we will be sharing family-related memories.

If you'll join this one, I'll surely inform you about the next one :)

It's simple and it's clear! You will have 5 partners and you'll send them answers to the following questions:

1. Have you ever made a family tree? Or you want to make it?
2. When was the oldest known member of your family born?
3. Are/were your ancestors also interested in genealogy or you are the first one to start collecting information?
4. Where do you live and where does your family come from?
5. If you come from the different place than you live in - why did your family move?
6. Do you have any family related legends, mysterious facts or interesting stories? (if yes, share at least one)
7. Did you have any high-born or well-known people in your family?
8. Did any branch of your family have a coat of arms?
9. If yes, can you decribe or join a picture of it?
10. Where were and what were your ancestors doing during the II War War?
11. Where were and what were your ancestors doing during the I War War?
12. Are there any other wars that your family took part in/survived?
13. Are there some jobs traditional to your family?
14. Are there some names trafitional to your family?
15. What is/may be the genesis of your surname?

If you don't know answers to all questions, try to get them somehow before the swap deadline. You have 2 weeks! If it won't be possible, write honestly "I don't know" if needed. :) It's okay if you will know answers to at least 7 questions!

Next swap will be of type 2 (flat mail). It will cosist on sending a photo of a person from your family that is no longer with us but who shall not be forgotten, with a story of his/her life to 3 partners.
